Project range from $5 – $20M
The Position: The candidate should have 7-10 years of construction experience as a Project Manger. Applicant must be highly motivated and computer literate, able to manage and lead a project team through the entire construction process, from project inception to final completion. Each project will focus on providing a high quality product on time. Candidates must have a strong understanding in all areas of the construction process including estimating, subcontractor negotiating, scheduling, design/construction technology, and plan reading. This position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, a client service attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
Must Have a Steady background/work history and previous General Contractor experience.
